On the private patio surrounded by scenic country views, Hearthstone Vineyard has the perfect setting for your special event. Our patio area is superb for that small intimate wedding, gathering, birthday party, company picnic, or any other special occasion.

General Information & Guidelines

Site Fee: $1500.00 – included in this fee, the winery will staff an event supervisor who will act as a representative of said winery with respect to the property. These services do not include wedding/event coordination, equipment set-up or breakdown.

Cleaning Deposit: $500.00 - Refundable if site is restored to its original state.

There is a minimum 2 case wine purchase with a 20% discount.

Maximum occupancy – 60 people

Event Hours – 5:00pm – 10:00pm

Insurance – A Certificate of Additional Insured is required.

Catering: Caterer and food service is contracted separately by customer. All catering must have a Serve Safe certificate, business license and carry worker’s compensation insurance.

Rentals: This is a site only venue. All tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tableware, etc. must be rented through a rental company. All equipment must be picked up by the morning after the event unless otherwise pre-approved by Hearthstone.
